What’s Under the Hood?

The W214 has got some serious power. You can choose a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that comes with a 48V mild hybrid system, boosting efficiency while still giving you that performance. If you want to take it up a notch, the E450 model has a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine that’ll make you feel like you’re flying. For the eco-warriors out there, the W214 also offers plug-in hybrid options.

With all-electric ranges of up to 115 kilometers, you can zoom around town without guzzling any gas. Plus, the car learns your driving habits. It adapts to you, making every ride smoother and more efficient.  With so much hybrid goodness, you’ll not only look good but feel good about your eco-footprint too. We suggest you rev those engines and get ready to hit the road.

High-Tech Features

The W214 is packed with all the latest gadgets. It features the MBUX superscreen, which sounds fancy because it is. The Superscreen features a selfie camera and can stream third-party apps like Angry Birds, TikTok, Vivaldi, and Zoom. Standard features include 17- to 18-inch wheels, folding mirrors, and dimming rearview mirrors. It also has KEYLESS-GO, LED headlights, and a 12.3-inch digital display (which you can upgrade to the Superscreen). Plus, privacy glass for the back windows.

For safety, you get features like Active Distance Assist, Active Brake Assist, Lane Keep Assist, a 180-degree camera, Park Assist, Parktronic, and Speed Limit Assist. There’s also Attention Assist to warn you if you’re distracted, and the car can do an emergency stop if needed. Extras include 64 colour options for the lights and a wireless charging pad for your phone. Plus, with the spacious interior and adjustable settings, your passengers won’t be fighting for legroom anytime soon. It’s all about comfort, style, and a sprinkle of high-tech magic.

Antonio Banderas stepped into a new role—this time as himself—in a short film featuring his daughter Stella and a sleek Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The project was part of the ‘In Her Shoes’ campaign, showing the car’s luxury tech and how it makes everyday life easier. In the film, Antonio took Stella’s E-Class for a spin, using her Mercedes me PIN to unlock insights about her daily routine. As he drove, the car learned about her habits, making it a perfect digital sidekick. Set to a reimagined version of ‘Daddy Cool,’ the film was directed by François Rousselet and aimed to redefine automotive luxury. Antonio believed that a car today should be a companion, not just a ride.
