Fresh off a dazzling $55 million redesign, Loews Miami Beach Hotel is stepping into Miami Race Week with a culinary statement as bold as the Grand Prix itself. In a partnership made for the F1 spotlight, the iconic South Beach property joins forces with Golden Goat Caviar, the brand behind the internet-famous, caviar-drenched hot dog, for a limited-edition menu that celebrates excess, speed, and pure indulgence.

Running April 30 to May 3, at Bistro Collins, the Miami Race Week Steakhouse Menu brings the thrill of the track straight to the table. Leading the lineup is the headline-grabber: Fast Lane Golden Goat Caviar Sliders, a playful, richly layered bite that sets the tone for an unapologetically lavish weekend.

“One of the biggest culinary trends of 2026 is putting caviar on everything,” shares Executive Chef Christopher Aguirre. “Now, with the opportunity to partner with Golden Goat Caviar, I’m eager to showcase what we can do with caviar around one of Miami’s most exciting events of the year. Golden Goat Caviar elevates each dish of our Race Week menu, starting with our Fast Lane Golden Goat Caviar Sliders – playfully decadent and beautifully aligned with the weekend.” We couldn’t agree more!

The menu reads like a love letter, and we are happily siding with the Traditional Caviar Service (Kaluga, Royal White Sturgeon or Imperial Ossetra), with crème fraîche, egg white, egg yolk, shallots, chives and duck fat madeleines, and Florida Pink Shrimp Roll on milk bread, layered with caviar and truffle! We’re serious.

But if you’re in the mood for a fancy breakfast, do not skip the Crispy Hashbrown with caviar and crème fraîche.

Now, top all that with The Perfect Martini, crafted with Belvedere 10 and served with a Golden Goat Caviar-topped oyster (yep, you got that).

The spectacle doesn’t end with the food. Race Week at Loews comes alive through a partnership with Glenfiddich, offering a suite of limited-edition cocktails and one truly rare pour. Expect:

  • Coco Negroni featuring a toasted coconut × cocoa butter twist (we approve)
  • Pole Position boasts Glenfiddich 16, Averna, vermouth, bitters and lemon oils
  • Night Cap is all about that Glenfiddich 21 served over a single clear cube
  • And for the collectors: a once-in-a-lifetime taste of Glenfiddich 40 Year Old Cumulative Time

All that and still the showstopper is in the lobby: a Glenfiddich x Aston Martin race car installation, engineered for the ultimate Miami-meets-F1 Instagram moment. With world-class spirits, a caviar-forward menu, and a freshly revamped setting, Loews Miami Beach Hotel positions itself as the indulgent pit stop of Miami Race Week, proving you don’t need trackside access to experience the flavour of the weekend.
