Whether you’re here to test your luck at the tables, dive into the vibrant nightlife, or embark on a culinary journey, this is your ultimate guide for that trip to Las Vegas. From groundbreaking attractions like The Sphere and immersive art at Omega Mart, to mouthwatering dining experiences at Stanton Social Prime, Vegas continues to reinvent itself as the ultimate destination for thrill-seekers and luxury lovers alike. Here’s our curated list, and you’re welcome.
Attractions – experience the real, surreal & hyperreal like never before.
The Sphere
Do you want to experience the world’s largest high definition screen, interactive robots, holographic art, incredible sound? To see U2 absolutely blow your mind in an insane immersive experience surrounding the actual live band? The Sphere will make your dreams come true in all dimensions. Down to every detail, the stage is immaculately designed for the audience to enjoy from every seat. The colour of the stage and some of the lighting is controlled by a generative algorithm created by Brian Eno, producing a distinctive colour palette for each show. The music venue is unlike anything we have ever experienced with a full-on immersive art experience to enjoy while you hear iconic artists play their smash hits each weekend. The Sphere concert experience is expensive but it’s worth every penny.
Punk Rock Museum
Warning: this is more than just a museum. It’s also a bar, a wedding chapel, punk shop, and a tattoo parlour. Founded by “Fat Mike” Burkett of the band NOFX, and developed by Burkett and punk rock veteran Lisa Brownlee, this museum covers over half a century of music history. Punk might be a music genre, but it’s also a fashion style, lifestyle, and ideology. There’s so much to see here – from the Pennywise rehearsal garage, to a couch Kurt Cobain slept on while recording The Melvins, to a collection from The Clash that includes guitars, stage clothes and a bullet necklace containing Lemmy’s actual ashes! We’re dead serious.
Flyover Las Vegas
Fly around the world in one of Flyover Las Vegas’s four multidimensional sensory journeys designed to transport guests through iconic cities and breathtaking landscapes. The sensation of flight is a soaring and beautiful escape of reality, paired with thrilling visuals, gusts of real wind on your ankles, and scents to add dimension. The newest adventure, “Believe Chicago” is filmed entirely by new drone technology designed for Flyover. Swooping down from a bird’s eye view of the Chicago grid to deep into the city’s most famous attractions, from the Joffrey Ballet studio to a movie set with a car chase to fireworks over the river, the almost dizzying 9-minute experience takes you through the city in a spectacular way. The hyper-smooth flight of the drone camera makes the Chicago experience unique, but the other three are still worth seeing.
Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart
Las Vegas is known for its superficiality, for its theatricality, for illusion and mystique – and what could be more mysterious than a grocery store full of entirely fake products? A grocery store with many secrets, waiting for visitors to uncover the mysteries held here: at Omega Mart, a 60-room art installation made by artists all around the world. For $3, you can try your hand at the immersive mystery game, and the props and art around you will start to make sense. As you go deeper into the world Meow Wolf has created, the grocery store gives way to a magical and surreal world that will take hours to explore fully. And yes, this is Vegas, so there is a bar with incredible and original cocktails. Enjoy!
Princess Diana; A Tribute Exhibition
A moment of reflection – take some time to explore the life of a truly exceptional human being, the late Princess Diana, at The Shops at Crystals. You can read her words, admire her sensational fashion sense, view tiny doll-sized replicas of every gown she ever wore, and follow her story through each thoughtfully designed room. Curated over 25 years by the Pink Ribbons Crusade (a non-profit raising funds to fight breast cancer), in partnership with SBX group and SEC Global Entertainment, the exhibit began residency in 2022 and will continue indefinitely.
Eat: If you’re hungry and looking for an experience that’s more than just food, here are your 5 best options.
Stanton Social Prime by Chris Santos
Relatively new to the scene, Chopped judge Chris Santos’ Vegas spin-off of his famous New York restaurant is a whimsical and dialed up Instagram-perfect version of Steakhouse classics. The feast is for your eyes first, but the rest follows. Start off with gooey, cheesy, luscious French onion soup dumplings, enjoy a fabulous cocktail, a steak or some rich mac & cheese. You can finish your night off by playing “Is it cake?” at your table with the “strawberry milkshake” – the whole thing is lovely, pink and edible. It’s an extravagant, fun-filled menu set in a fanciful space that truly captures the vibrancy of Vegas.
Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres
For a different type of Steakhouse, but no less phenomenal, do yourself a favour and do the tasting menu at James Beard Award Winner Jose Andres’ Meat Bazaar. The flavours are huge, the service is impeccable, and the meat is sensational. It’s a personal experience. For certain dishes, the meat is prepared tableside while the dish is explained in friendly terms. You can look into the kitchen, where huge legs of prosciutto hang from the ceiling and steak is dry aging in special refrigerated displays while chefs prep and serve up an insane variety of preparations of meats.
Superfrico
If Stanton Social Prime isn’t theatrical enough for you, not wild and crazy enough to satisfy, let us recommend the dining experience that is Superfrico. First enjoy yourself at the speakeasy bar, followed by your psychedelic dinner & a show! As you munch on your hand pulled burrata and savour your meatballs, make sure to appreciate the burlesque performers, the live DJ spinning actual vinyl records, and art everywhere you look.
Momofuku by David Chang
Maybe you’re tired of steakhouses and pasta dishes – and want something a little bit laid back. Sure, there’s Momofuku by David Chang in the Cosmopolitan. You can get fresh oysters, gorgeous pork belly bao buns, incredible salads with seasonal ingredients all while sipping innovative cocktails in an elegant and comfortable restaurant. Do not miss out on their crispy chilli crunch, and the latest, garlic crunch.
Beauty and Essex by Chris Santos
Located behind an actual pawn shop, you might miss this beautiful spot if you’re just walking by, so keep your eyes peeled for this one. The restaurant is meant to be enjoyed tapas style, so this is a wonderful spot for a group. If you want a multi cuisine experience, they’re the best in the biz. The atmosphere is mysterious, vintage and dark, and the service outstanding. If you have a sweet tooth, the dessert carousel is ridiculously enjoyable.
RPM Italian
Want truly delectable Italian fare in Vegas? Just pop by RPM Italian at The Forum Shops at Caesars. Their pasta program will have you swooning; from the signature Mama DePandi’s Pomodoro with Genovese basil to Black Truffle & Uni Spaghetti, that’s finished tableside with shaved truffles, it’s a feast. You can choose to begin with an antipasti, we recommend the Imported Burrata & Caviar; then move onto mains like Prime Dry-Aged Bistecca Fiorentina or the Whole Grilled Mediterranean Branzino with capers and green olive salsa verde. They also have an impressive Wine list to choose from, as RPM Beverage Director and partner Richard Hanauer, a Wine Enthusiast “40 Under 40 Tastemakers” recipient and also named “Sommelier of the Year” by Food & Wine Magazine, has designed the wine program that focuses on the best of Italy and the west coast, with an emphasis on Italy’s greatest vineyards. Oh, and you must end the meal with their Baked Alaska.
Stay – there are so many options for resorts and hotels, it can be overwhelming. Here’s 3 great options you won’t regret.
Wynn Encore
Are you captivated by the Las Vegas Sphere? Do you need to stay close enough to walk to it while experiencing a classic and elegant luxury hotel? (If you ask for a room overlooking the pool, you can see the Sphere from your room) Stay at the Wynn Encore to experience a beautifully appointed room with convenient access to high-end shops, gorgeous pools, great restaurants, a beautiful casino, and two great night clubs. If you visit in 2025, get your tickets to see the world’s most iconic living illusionist David Blaine at the Encore Theater.
MGM Park
If you’d like to stay close and not drive around much, the Park MGM is where it’s at. The massive immersive outdoor dining and entertainment district has enough variety to keep you entertained all day and night. You won’t have to leave the area if you don’t want to – with Eataly at your door, Korean BBQ, upscale cocktail bars, gambling, a spa, a Lady Gaga Museum, great restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are lovely and modern as well, with a touch of Art Deco glam. Brunch at the Primrose is not to be missed for an elegant, bright and delicious morning. The Park MGM is also one of the only luxury dog-friendly resorts in the area, so you won’t have to leave your best buddy alone.
Four Seasons Las Vegas
It’s hard to beat the Four Seasons in terms of service and comfort. Unlike many cramped Vegas hotels, the rooms are large and roomy, quiet and packed with amenities. There’s no gaming and no smoking in the building, so you can truly relax when you come back to home base. The colours and design of the interior is designed to soothe and relax with natural tones, large windows, simple and clean furniture design. If you opt for a view of the strip, the angle is perfect for gazing out into the day or night for a truly iconic view. The Resort’s private pool is gorgeous and guests have full access to the pools at the adjacent Mandalay Bay for a different scene and relaxing time away from the strip.
