At the heart of this lavish feast is a whole chicken, slow-roasted in traditional dum-style, served with a rich, aromatic gravy. The preparation felt like a thoughtful Indian interpretation of the classic British roast, or rather a close cousin — generous, hearty, and deeply satisfying. What we truly loved was the attention to detail, the nuances and the rendition of a classic so well done.
The Nimona Kebabs were an unexpected highlight: earthy, well-spiced, and beautifully paired with a fresh green chutney. Accompaniments included a soft Roghani Roti, a sharp garlic pickle (do not sleep on this one, it pairs beautifully), crisp onion salad, and a delicate dessert of Gil-e-Firdaus — a creamy, slow-cooked rice pudding that rounded off the meal with subtle sweetness. We adore.
The portion sizes were substantial — ideal for sharing or simply stretching the indulgence over a long, luxurious afternoon or dinner if your heart desires. Every detail, from packaging to presentation, reflected ITC’s signature refinement and attention to heritage.
